This policy follows the Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines 2021 issued by the Government of Bangladesh.

1. No Physical Returns

• There will be no refund for payment of pdf files. If there is any technical  failure in sending pdf after payment has been made, please send an email to philwritersmzh@gmail.com. It will be sent via e-mail. No hard copy is sold using this platform. Your identity will not be disclosed anywhere without your permission. However, we may use your e-mail address and mobile number to publicize our products to you in the future.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not guaranteed and are only applicable under the following conditions:

• Payment completed but product not delivered

• File is corrupted or unreadable

• Incorrect digital product delivered due to system error

Refunds are NOT applicable for:

• Change of mind

• User error

• Inability to use PDF due to device/software issues

• Downloaded or accessed content (unless faulty)

3. Refund Request Timeline

• Refund claims must be made within 48 hours of purchase.

• Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

4. Refund Processing Timeline (Mandatory Disclosure)

• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days, as per Bangladeshi digital commerce regulations.

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.

• Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.

5. No Cancellation Policy

• Order cancellation is not available after payment confirmation for digital products.

• Users are advised to review product details carefully before purchase.

6. Non-Refundable Products

• If any product is clearly marked as “Non-Refundable”, no refund shall be issued under any circumstances.

• Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009

• Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines, Bangladesh
